Pay Rate
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $20 / hour
What You'll Be Doing As a Warehouse Dock Person

• Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations
• The Warehouse Dock Person is responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as the handling and storage of inventory within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and security procedures
• Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Load outgoing shipments onto trucks for delivery
• Unload incoming shipments from trucks and inspect for damage
• Organize and store inventory in an efficient and safe manner
• Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required
• Background Check Required
• Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if needed
