We are looking for a highly skilledVMWare and Networking Specialistto join our growing IT team. The individual will be responsible for maintaining the company's private cloud VMWare infrastructure and network operations, ensuring high levels of data quality and availability, and working on innovative projects to enhance our technical capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of VMWare environments, including vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, etc.
- Relevant certifications (like VCP, CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting.
- Proficiency in firewall management and network security.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in network administration and VMWare management.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, including routing, switching, subnetting, etc., and experience with networking hardware.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in network support/projectswithWatchGuard.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex technical information to non-technical colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, DEC in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in WatchGuard FW are required.
Key responsabilities:
- Establish and maintain security policies, including firewalls, protocols, and VPN configurations.
- Design, install, manage, and maintain our VMWare virtual environments and network systems.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and address technology needs.
- Monitor network performance and optimize for maximum speed and availability.
- Ensure systems are running optimally, perform regular maintenance and updates, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Plan and implement system automation as required for better efficiency.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all IT processes, systems, and configurations.
