Producers at Globe Life are responsible for providing our clientele with constant customer satisfaction. Successful producers grow into great managers and leaders with time management skills as well as a tenacious work ethic. Producers are one of the key roles in Globe Life, as it begins training people as leaders, as they climb the corporate ladder.

Responsibilities:

• Report daily numbers
• Attending ongoing, optional meetings and training classes
• Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for the coverage
• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Growth development within the industry towards leadership/ management positions
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Call and receive calls of prospects and clients
• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom
• Managing your 5 producers
