To be eligible for this role, you must hold a valid license as a Trailer or Tractor Technician/Mechanic and possess substantial experience working on tractors and trailers as a Heavy Equipment Technician/Mechanic. As a Licensed Technician/Mechanic, you will collaborate with the Service Coordinator, Trailer Technicians, and Tractor Technicians to efficiently perform preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing problems found during inspections and prescribing the appropriate remedial actions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our Drivers
• Prior experience and qualification to perform Safeties is mandatory for this position
• Valid license as a Trailer or Tractor Technician/Mechanic
• Basic computer skills for paperless work order entry
• Substantial experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician/Mechanic working on tractors and trailers
• Class 5 Driver's License
• Support and mentor Apprentices throughout their apprenticeship
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing issues and effective time management
