Test Technologist Jobs

We are seeking an innovative systems-thinking Test Technologist who will contribute to developing and implementing test solutions for Exro Technologies products. Test solutions will be applied from lab verification to full-volume production. We offer a challenging and rewarding work environment where innovative problem solvers thrive.

The successful candidate will work closely with Design and Manufacturing to develop appropriate test solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-volume, high-efficiency Manufacturing Test Strategies to provide coverage from PCBA to final assembled products.
• Create and maintain documentation required by ISO and IATF standards.
• Perform Gauge R&R and SPC analysis.
• Support manufacturing test systems on the production floor.
• Design and build interface cable harnesses and other required hardware.
• Participate in Design for Test\Manufacturability reviews.
• Develop test processes and detailed test plans to meet Manufacturing Test Strategies.
• Deploy manufacturing test systems on the manufacturing production line.

Credentials & Experience

• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed work environment.
• Experience with the design and development of manufacturing test fixtures.
• Ability read and understand PCBA schematics for test development and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity and ability to operate a wide range of electronics test equipment.
• Experience with PCBA testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with LabView and TestStand programming environments an asset.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with In Circuit Test(ICT) equipment and programming an asset.
• Proven interpersonal and communications skills in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s Degree\Diploma in Electrical\Electronics Technology or related field.
