Job Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven professional who is passionate about finding exceptional candidates and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates who align with our company values and vision.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment-related policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding.


Qualifications:


  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
