Role Description

The Swamper role is a full-time on-site role located in Kitchener, ON. The Swamper will be responsible for assisting construction workers, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe worksite. Working with the tower crane rigging material


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a swamper
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Hoisting and rigging certificate a must
