Solutions Architect Jobs

Position: Application/ Solution Architect

Location:- Fredericton, NB (Hybrid- 2 days a week)

Duration: 12 Months Contract + Extension

Requirements:

1: Recent experience (in the last eight years) in an Application Architect, Solution Architect, or Solution Strategist role.

2: Minimum 3 years of experience supporting information systems specific to government service delivery agencies.

3: Minimum 1 year of experience modernizing service delivery agencies through deep and meaningful co-creation with customers to develop reimagined digital capabilities.

4: Minimum 3 years of experience establishing solution intent and context by:

• Evaluating technology trade-offs
• Adopting systems thinking view of business that privileges total system performance over-optimization of a particular portion in response to a specific problem.
• Formulating architectural intent for the solution
• Identifying and responding to technology-enabled business opportunities
• Understanding and clearly communicating solution context
• Defining compliance requirements and solution Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
• Participating in solution definition

5: Minimum 3 years of experience defining and communicating architectural vision by:

• Defining architectural enablers and runway
• Participating in planning exercises
• Ensuring adequate capacity allocation for enablement work.
• Preparing and updating the architecture vision and roadmap

6: Minimum of 3 year of experience evolving solution architecture to meet constantly emerging needs by:

• Applying modeling and simulation
• Supporting exploration and experimentation to turn unknowns into knowns
• Regularly reviewing solution increments
• Collaborating with internal technology teams and external suppliers on solution design
• Participating in establishing regular product delivery flow.

7: Minimum of 2 year of strengthening the built-in quality and the continuous delivery pipeline (CDP) through:

• Participating in the design of the CDP
• Defining and evolving development and deployment infrastructure
• Participating in release governance.
• Fostering solution design that supports frequent integration and testability

8: A current Application/Solution Architect certification from one or more of the recognized leaders in application and solution architecture competency, such as:

• TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner via The Open Group
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect via Amazon Web Services
• Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) via Infosec
• Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) via Microsoft
• Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect via Zachman

9: Experience architecting solutions utilizing one or more of the following products:

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Oracle CX
• Salesforce CRM
• Microsoft Dynamics
