Job Description

We're glad to announce we're scaling up at Sydney Houston Group and seeking new team members in our journey to help aspiring Web3 entrepreneurs achieve their dreams! Are you the right fit for this dynamic and versatile team?!


Our ideal social media manager candidate is ready to put in the long hours necessary to succeed in the Web3 ecosystem. These markets operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be overseeing a variety of clients, that provide products or services fitting into differing market segments. Hard work, creative solutions, and constant learning learn day-in and day-out are all part of the job!


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing social content strategies to support larger marketing initiatives of clients.
  • Overseeing day-to-day management of client campaigns and ensuring brand consistency among clients.
  • Delegating workloads related to day-to-day operations of client social handles.
  • Creating actionable plans to both grow and maintain clients' followers, impressions, and engagement through popular social media platforms such as: Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and continuously improving clients' social media presence through the use of analytics, insights, and best practices.
  • Scaling clients' brand and awareness through various social media channels while ensuring brand consistency in copy via tone, voice, and terminology.


What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in, and knowledge of, Web3.
  • Strong understanding of marketing communications strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills - ability to develop and effectively use a consistent tone.
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
  • Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as: Hootsuite, HubSpot, or TweetDeck.
  • Startup mentality (experience is of added benefit).
  • Five or more years of social media management experience.
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
