Job Description
Marcon’s skilled labourers are reliable, hard-working individuals that can perform various labourer tasks. Must have experience on a construction site.


About The Role


  • Load and unload construction supplies
  • Clean and prepare construction site areas
  • Assist with framing, forming, and interior finishing tasks
  • Shovelling and moving materials
  • Perform other various site related roles
  • Safely use hand and power tools and equipment
  • Move equipment and tools
  • Ensure all safety standards are followed when working on construction job sites


About You


  • Level 2 First Aid Certification an asset
  • Have CSA approved steel toed work boots
  • Experience with loader, skid steer, and zoom boom would be an asset
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Positive team attitude, open to learn from other skilled tradespeople
  • Strong safety mindset with the ability to follow safe work procedures
  • Minimum 1-year previous construction work experience
  • Willing to work in varying weather conditions
