Job Description
Experienced Skid Steer Loader Operators wanted to join our growing team.


What We Offer


  • Shift in and Shift Out Allowance for remote workers up to a maximum of $400 each way
  • $135 LOA for remote workers (no camps)
  • Company provided transportation to some remote locations
  • Competitive wages depending on experience and equipment versatility from $32 to $36


Requirements


  • MUST reside currently in Canada and be eligible to work in Canada
  • Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions and managing up to 50lbs
  • MUST demonstrate experience maneuvering a Skid Steer Loader forward and in reverse in tight spaces, narrow & winding roads, to spread, smooth & level materials & snow, road construction, running grade, cutting slope, finished grading, loading and offloading rocks, debris, and other materials. working in all types of ground conditions, effective use of track tilt for executing turns and grade requirements, performing successive passes over working area observing reference grade stakes or hand signals to specified grades, drawing & grade stake reading
  • Ability to work both DAY and NIGHT Shifts if required
  • Class 5 Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and ability to provide a clean Drivers Abstract
  • Completion of FLHA before start of work and reassess with changes to personnel, equipment, tasks, etc.
  • MUST pass mandatory pre-access Drug screen and complete a Respiratory Fit Test
  • Stable work record with experience in an industrial, civil, or mining environment
  • Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training
  • Preference to those with experience operating other heavy-duty equipment
  • Strict attention and compliance to Safety, equipment cleanliness, maintenance and completing logs
  • Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors
  • Willingness to step out of the cab and perform labour tasks if and when required
