Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and reputable company? Fountain Tire Edson is currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Shipper Receiver. As a Shipper Receiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our tire and automotive service center.


Salary $18 per hour


Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 730 AM - 530 PM


Responsibilities


  • Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
  • Assist with inventory control and conducting periodic stock counts
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment to safely move and store inventory
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and storage area
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of tires, parts, and equipment
  • Accurately record and organize inventory, ensuring proper documentation
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate packaging and labeling

Qualifications


  • Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse environment is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
