Bayview Trucks & Equipment Ltd. is a Full Service, Parts and Sales dealer for Kenworth Trucks and KUBOTA farm and construction equipment, with 5 locations in New Brunswick (Saint John, Fredericton, Moncton, Woodstock & Bathurst) and two in Nova Scotia, New Glasgow and Dartmouth. We are currently hiring in our Moncton, NB location.

Our Moncton Kenworth location is currently seeking an Evening shift Foreman. Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct and train employees in proper maintenance procedures, policies/procedures, and job safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Prioritize and assign all vehicle repairs to personnel, inspecting work in progress and upon completion.
• Communicate with customers, shift personnel, and coworkers to establish and maintain effective working relationships and ensure excellent Customer Service.
• Report work status and special problems to the Service Manager.
• Work alongside a technician when required to aid with problem-solving of a difficult repair.
• Use Diagnostic Equipment to evaluate mechanical problems.
• When required the Service Foreman also performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Required Experience/Skillset:

• Cooperative and team-oriented personality with a professional positive attitude.
• Preferential Consideration will be given to fully licensed Red Seal Mechanics.
• All new hires are required to present a Clean Criminal reference check and a Clean Driver’s abstract.
• Experience with PACCAR Systems or Karmak is an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years Truck dealership experience.
• Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Windows-based programs and MS Excel & Word.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills with the ability to prioritize and focus in a fast-paced environment.
