About Maple
- Collaborating with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation, including keyword integration, meta tags, and internal linking.
- Performing regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimization.
- Overseeing SEO performance reporting, highlighting changes in organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, domain authority, page speed, and conversions.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO practices to continuously enhance Maple's SEO efforts.
- Monitoring and analyzing website performance using SEO tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Identifying and executing high-impact SEO projects to drive and convert high-quality organic traffic and establish Maple as a challenger brand.
- The ideal candidate has a strong ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make informed decisions to improve SEO performance. They are experienced in using data insights to guide strategic SEO decisions and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- With a mindset focused on adapting to changes, learning from experiences, and seeking innovative ways to achieve growth, the candidate is comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment where agility is essential.
- The candidate has in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, emerging trends and industry tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc).
- The candidate has a solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website development processes to effectively implement SEO strategies.
- Experience in the healthcare sector with an understanding of healthcare-related search trends and keywords is considered a plus.
- The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 5 years of professional Marketing experience with 3 years in an SEO-focused role.
- The candidate has a proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies and improving organic search rankings. Familiarity with SEO strategies relevant to subscription-based business models is considered a plus.
