The Provider Apps team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on back-office services and applications.
About The Provider Apps Team
Dialogue’s Integrated Health Platform supports the health and wellness of millions of Canadians across 49,000+ organizations. That’s a lot of people seen each day by our Practitioners using our APIs and tools. The Provider Apps Team is responsible for developing, improving and evolving those systems.
We operate several core APIs that serve information about our members and practitioners while also providing automation to help drive efficiency. Performance, reliability and usability are key pillars of these services.
Overall, our team strives to streamline product development by building and evolving our platform for our Care Team.
What You’ll Be Working On
On the Provider Apps team, we work on a variety of projects, including backend services, back-office applications, libraries, and infrastructure. This role would be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy creating long-term business and user value using a wide range of technologies
• Have meaningful experience working on distributed systems
• Have a keen interest in UI/UX and product design, collaborating closely with our core users, the Care Team

Our squad’s objective is to improve and secure the daily operation of our healthcare providers. You'll work on core Python APIs backed by PostgreSQL, design and implement new functionality in our back-office practitioner application and contribute to building reliable, high-performant, and manageable microservices. It helps if you have a solid experience in Python, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJs, React, Rasa, etc., but if not, we’ll help bring you up to speed!
