Key Responsibilities

• A successful track record as a leader, developer and manager of people; demonstrated experience to attract, retain and develop strong talent and build a positive organization and team culture
• Build executive presentations to demonstrate meaningful insights and operational impact from analysis and model development
• Responsible for the BBM Data warehouse Semantic experience for our community of users across BCE but mainly within the various BBM and SMB team.
• Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the opportunities and constraints that accompany an ever-evolving competitive environment
• Act as a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of tools capabilities and technology infrastructure
• Develop and manage the
• Responsible for the BBM data dictionary solution and lifecycle.
• Develop and manage comprehensive measurement framework to track and capture reach, performance and value impact of our Data Warehouse assets and AI/ML solutions.
• Support an extended team of analyst, data engineers and data scientists that build and support a series of Machine Learning and AI solutions.

Critical Qualifications

• Working experience with large data warehouses (interfacing with or managing it)
• You are self-motivated and can demonstrate enthusiasm via personal projects, publications, or presentations at conferences
• Lead a highly technical and analytical teams for 2+ years
• You are organized and agile; comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize and troubleshoot a variety of technical/business issues
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English) with a demonstrable history of developing strong partnerships and cross-team collaboration
• Degree in a discipline such as: Data Science, applied math, applied science / engineering, economics/econometrics, management science / operations research, or related area

Preferred Qualifications

• Python development skills
• GCP Vertex AI Platform
• Computer science fundamentals
• Experience with SAS, Teradata and SAS Digital Studio
• Development experience with at least one general programming language (e.g. Python, C/C++, Java)
• Database: SQL, Hadoop
