CES/AWS is seeking a Senior IT Analyst located in the Windsor/Lakeshore Ontario Canada Area.

Senior IT Business Process Analyst

Lakeshore Ontario

Salary: up to $76,000 Depending on experience

Shift: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

Department: Information Technology

Job Summary: The Senior IT Business Process Analyst performs project management duties for IT-related undertakings, including clear capture of business requirements, provision of functional deliverables, milestone planning, and project post mortems.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and recommend solutions that will enhance or improve current business processes.
• Research, design, and implement the appropriate technologies to support and improve corporate communications, access to information, and end-user productivity.
• Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or trouble shooting.
• Partner with functional groups and development team to deliver solutions to meet business requirements
• Regularly communicate with Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Plant Support Personnel, Sales Department, IT Applications and Infrastructure Teams , Vendors, consultants, and Industry Organizers
• Analyzes complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommends technical solutions
• Stay informed on new or emerging trends and technologies that provide clear benefits to the organization, business partners, and/or customers.

Requirements:

• 5 years in Business Process Improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Past hands-on experience in delivering products and services
• Ability to evolve with a rapidly changing environment and anticipate changes in technology
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business project Management
• 2-4 years of IT experience

The following working conditions are present or expected on a daily basis:

• Ability to conduct presentations.
• The position is greater than 90% in the office, but plant visits would not be out of the ordinary
• Travel may be required
• Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
