We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team and take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product manager, and designers, to build scalable and robust applications. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing efficient backend solutions that meet our business requirements while ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Collaborate with the product team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using modern technologies and best practices.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards.

• Optimize and tune backend applications for maximum performance and scalability.

• Implement security measures to protect data and ensure system integrity.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment.

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our backend infrastructure.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven work experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 7 years of experience in backend development.

• Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.

• Experience with web frameworks and libraries (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Express.js).

• In-depth knowledge of databases and ORM technologies (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independently.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.

• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React).

• Knowledge of caching mechanisms, message queues, and asynchronous processing.

• Experience with performance optimization and load testing.

• Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding projects.
