We are currently looking for a Full-Time Security Officer to work at one of our Industrial sites in Winnipeg, MB. If you are looking for a job where you will impact people's daily lives, this is the one for you!

Qualifications To Become a Security Guard In Winnipeg


  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in the security industry is an asset
  • A valid Manitoba Security Guard License
  • Have a clear criminal background
  • Be eligible to work in Canada


What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?


  • Greet customers and register visitors as needed
  • Must be able to work Morning Shifts
  • Security is to be a visible deterrent to any vagrancy, vandalism and/or loitering. Must be vigilant in patrolling those areas and be visible walking around
  • Focus on perimeter patrol. 95 % of the time outside patrolling (patrolling the main building, loading area, parking area etc.)
  • Be friendly but professional
  • Act as a first responder in the event of a crisis or emergency
  • Reporting with G-track
  • Check all doors and ensure they are closed and not jimmied anyway to allow for entrance
