If you are seeking a job where you have important responsibilities, this one is for you! We are looking for a Full-Time Security Guard to work at one of our Commercial sites in Winnipeg, MB. As a security guard in the Commercial sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?


  • Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
  • Issuing Access cards to Visitors and Employees.
  • Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
  • Provide Excellent customer service.
  • Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
  • Maintain a safe and Secure environment
  • Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
  • Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.


Qualifications To Become a Security Guard In Winnipeg


  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
  • Customer service oriented
  • No Parking facility at the site
  • Must be able to work Overnights
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment
