Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Retail Sales Associate at Mariani's Clothiers, you will be the face of our brand, providing an outstanding shopping experience for our esteemed clientele. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering customer loyalty, and maintaining the highest standards of service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrating a deep knowledge of our product offerings, including fabrics, styles, and brands, to deliver informative and engaging sales presentations.
• Building long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking merchandise, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Assisting customers in finding and selecting the perfect clothing items, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
• Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling cash or credit card payments with precision.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed and readily accessible.
• Staying updated on current fashion trends, industry news, and product knowledge to provide relevant recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:

• Professional demeanour and appearance, reflecting the brand image of Mariani's Clothiers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a menswear or high-end fashion environment.
• Flexibility to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule, with availability to work during peak shopping hours, including weekends.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fashion and styling, able to provide guidance on outfit coordination and accessorizing.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring every customer receives personalized attention and assistance.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
