Retail Sales Associate - The Wine Shop

As Retail Sales Associate you will help interested customers, suggest products and pairings, share samples and fulfill delivery orders.

This application is for new teammates to join us at our 1250 Brant Street, Burlington location. We are looking for professional individuals who are focused on delivering a superior shopping experience to our customers. We will teach you about our amazing products and you will introduce them to interested customers in our unique retail environment.

We are looking for a teammate with...

• Smart Serve Certification
• Experience working with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash an asset
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift 40lbs on a regular basis
• Demonstrated guest/customer service experience

This teammate will be accountable for...

• Assisting with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and display units
• Handle cash and accurately balance the till
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and outstanding customer service is provided to every customer
• Assisting customers with purchases and provides them with product information when required
