Retail Sales Associate - The Wine Shop

As Retail Sales Associate you will help interested customers, suggest products and pairings, share samples and fulfill delivery orders.

This application is for new teammates to join us at our Real Canadian Superstore (1972 Parkedale Avenue, Brockville) location. We are looking for professional individuals who are focused on delivering a superior shopping experience to our customers. We will teach you about our amazing products and you will introduce them to interested customers in our unique retail environment.

We are looking for a teammate with...

• Smart Serve Certification
• Demonstrated guest/customer service experience
• Experience working with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash an asset
• Ability to lift 40lbs on a regular basis
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays

This teammate will be accountable for...

• Assisting with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and display units
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and outstanding customer service is provided to every customer
• Assisting customers with purchases and provides them with product information when required
• Handle cash and accurately balance the till
