Retail Sales Associate - The Wine Shop

As Retail Sales Associate you will help interested customers, suggest products and pairings, share samples and fulfill delivery orders.

This application is for new teammates to join us at our Brampton location (930 North Park Drive). We are looking for professional individuals who are focused on delivering a superior shopping experience to our customers. We will teach you about our amazing products and you will introduce them to interested customers in our unique retail environment.

We are looking for a teammate with...

• Experience working with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash an asset
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated guest/customer service experience
• Ability to lift 40lbs on a regular basis
• Smart Serve Certification

This teammate will be accountable for...

• Handle cash and accurately balance the till
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and outstanding customer service is provided to every customer
• Assisting customers with purchases and provides them with product information when required
• Assisting with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and display units
