Reset Team Lead Jobs

SPAR Canada is seeking experienced Team Leads in Oakville, Ontario!
:
SPAR Canada works with a major retailer managing their store resets. This Night Shift position includes leading the modular setup and merchandising team to accomplish nightly goals. We are seeking an experienced team lead who is capable of leading and supervising a team, is self-sufficient, highly motivated, and has the drive to produce high quality results in a fast-paced environment. Retail supervisory experience preferred.
Requirements:

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license (if driving)
• Merchandising, Planogram or Retail Reset experience
• Personal cell is required and valid email address
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with prolong standing
• Able to conduct yourself in a professional manner
• Supervisory or Lead Hand experience required
• Ability to work in fast-paced team environment
• Supervisory, team building and motivating skills required

Compensation

• $25/hour, 8 hour shifts, 40 hours a week.

Shift

• 11pm to 7am
• Night Shift – Sunday to Thursday
