Join us now and point your career forward Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as our QA/H&S Manager , we’d ask you to do the following for us: Administer 24/7 Online Learning System. Ensuring new employee complete the H&S Modules. Distribute completion rates to all managers. Administer MyLMS to ensure everyone’s AFST and H&S 201 are up to date. Keep all H&S boards updated with all relevant information. Distribute QAQT and Safety Talks to all managers. Verify these are completed at unit level. Schedule and chair the monthly Joint Health and Safety meeting. Conduct monthly Safety Inspection of all the unit with the Health and Safety Committee member and prepare Corrective Action Plan to deals with issues. Provide training sessions to improve the Health and Safety program through review of policy and development. Respond to all incidents, injuries and illness on site. Contact General Liability to open file if these are customer related. Conduct accident investigation and report to General Manager, Compass Health and Safety Manager and WSIB Claims department. Respond to client requests or inquiries. Manage the ERTW and Modified Work program for all associates. Liaise with WCIB regarding all work place injuries matter. Complete monthly Fist Aid Kit inspection checklist and order required supplies. Be the point person for all internal and external QA audits. Review all audit results with managers. Prepare all Corrective Action Plan and unsure these are being completed on timely manner. Review and verify all QA and H&S logs and take correction actions if required. Submit and maintenance and repair requests through OWL OPS program. Ensure all PPEs are in working order and enforce PPE usage. Maintain PPE supplies at all units. Update and distribute monthly QA and H&S matrix. Ensuring Compass QA and H&S standards and compliance are met at all time. Continue improvement to exceed company’s standards.
