We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our talented team and contribute to developing our state-of-the-art systems.
The Role:
As a Python Developer at WaiveTheWait, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that utilize AI models to automate routine administrative workflows. You will be responsible for crafting efficient and scalable code that enhances our products and services, ultimately improving clinical efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate project requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and implement robust, efficient, and maintainable codebase that aligns with best practices and coding standards.
- Develop, test, and maintain Python applications that integrate Electronic Medical Record data and execute workflows on top of it using text analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring the reliability and stability of the developed applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code for performance.
- Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong understanding of Python’s core principles.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, version control (Git), and collaborative development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in the service industry or on projects related to customer experience improvement.
- Familiarity with Hugging Face’s Transformers library and NLP concepts.
- Experience working on projects related to Selenium is a plus
