Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management.
• Coordinate shipments for efficient supply of materials
• Build and maintain effective vendor and supplier relationships.
• Liaise with the quality department to ensure supplies meet internal standards.
• Create and review purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Capacity to multi-task and adjust priorities based on business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to absorb, master, and retain new knowledge.
• Understanding of and familiarity with MRP systems
• 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Willing to travel infrequently. A valid passport is required.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Computer literate in and proficient with all MS Office applications.
