We operate across Manitoba, with our office located in Steinbach. Superior Projects is currently seeking an individual interested in a full-time permanent career as a Project Manager.
The project manager leads and directs all aspect of the project while working with a capable
team to get the project completed successfully. The key responsibilities in this position is;
- Tracking schedule and driving the project to completion.
- Site meetings and inspections to keep supervisors accountable to quality construction.
- Maintaining client relationships and communicate updates and challenges with project
costs, and schedule.
- Keep updated project documentation such as RFI’s, Change orders, Subcontract
agreements, and shop drawings.
- Change order management with subcontractors, tracking project costs
Qualifications;
• 5 years’ experience as Project coordinator or Administrator experience with knowledge and experience in
the project management process.
• Formal education in construction management, Professional Project Managment, or engineering
considered an asset.
• Organized, and able to prioritize responsibilities.
• Motivated and confident with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares, and MS Project or equivelen
