Responsibilities

• Ensure that all workstations and production machines are kept clean, and consumables are replenished.
• Complete projects within estimates and schedules.
• Provide status updates to the direct supervisor and report any concerns/constraints that will delay goals and established due dates.
• Perform quality assurance functions for all printed materials.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Operate all production equipment in a safe and efficient manner, using personal protective equipment as specified and according to company policy.
• Aid in ensuring all printed products flow from finishing to final packaging for shipment according to established due dates.
• Work closely with all internal departments to ensure that shipment timelines are met.
• Work with production software in an efficient manner.
• Update our internal tracking system as tasks are completed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 35 - 40lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be able to stand for long periods regularly.
• Understanding of system workflow requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Good decision making and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
