Print Operator Jobs

What Is In It For You

• Monday to Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Full-time, 37.50 hours per week – On site, Calgary.
• 12-month contract with strong potential for permanent employment.
• Hourly salary of $17.00.

Responsibilities

• Track and store jobs for future use as required by customers.
• Operate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, bindery, laminating, and drill).
• Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes.
• Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run.
• Problem solves basic issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements.
• Receive customer requests, provide estimates, schedule, and track production.
• Operate digital print equipment.
• Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels.
• Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability and willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 80% of your day.
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office, Adobe and other relevant software.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communications skills (oral and written).
• Post high school technology training or experience. – An asset.
