Responsibilities:

1. Lead Battery Material R&D program and anode development effort
2. Drive research and development projects to enhance the performance, stability, and safety of lithium anode batteries.
3. Conduct comprehensive analysis and characterization of battery materials, electrode designs, and cell architectures.
4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in lithium anode technology and identify potential areas for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

1. Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field with a focus on battery technology.
2. Minimum 5 years experience working in Li Anode battery space, with hands on leadership experience.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
4. Extensive knowledge of battery materials, electrolytes, and their interactions in lithium anode systems.
5. Track record of leading successful battery research and development projects, preferably in a start-up or industry setting.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Passion for clean energy and a commitment to driving positive change through advanced battery technology.
