Powder Coater/General Laborer (Ft)

About The Position

• The Powder Coater position requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and willingness to learn proper technique.
• If you are looking for a job that produces immediate results and exposes you to new products and projects daily, then we may have a position for you.
• The successful candidate will be provided the training necessary to develop into an Aegis-trained powder coater.

Duties

• Communicates with Lead Coater and Coating Assistant to ensure flow of parts.
• Assist with powder weights and time tracking.
• Powder Coating (priming and top coating) customer goods.
• Clean out of booth and coating equipment.
• Identify and source required powder for jobs in the schedule.
• Attend and contribute to production hurdles and training as required.
• Perform other general labor duties on shop floor as assigned.

Qualifications

• Able to safely lift to 50lbs.
• Effective at time management.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow a process to completion.
• Actively engage in problem-solving, not problem naming.
• Capable of reading and writing in English.
