Our interdisciplinary healthcare clinic, nestled in the heart of the vibrant community of Orillia ON, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. Our office houses a Sports Medicine Physician, a Physiotherapist, Sports Specialist Chiropractors, Kinesiologists, Registered Massage Therapists, along with an amazing administrative support staff. Our practitioners treat a wide range of patients, are heavily involved in the community, and work in continuing education streams locally and internationally.

As a physiotherapist at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and optimize their physical well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

·Conducting thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

·Implementing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques and interventions.

·Providing hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities in a patient-centered model

·Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our clinic to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

·Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

·Educating patients on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and rehabilitation exercises.

·Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Valid physiotherapy license and registration in the province of Ontario.

·Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

·Proven experience in providing physiotherapy services, preferably in an interdisciplinary clinic.

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
