Part Time-Live On Site Caretaker

Saskatoon Real Estate Services is currently seeking a part-time live-in caretaker for a twelve-unit residential building in the Mayfair area of Saskatoon/just blocks away from Sask Poly Tech.

A newly renovated one-bedroom suite is available with a $100 monthly reduction in rent.

This is a salaried position of $25 per door, plus the opportunity for additional earnings for suite cleaning, move-out inspections, minor in-suite maintenance, etc. as well could have the opportunity for further work at other properties we manage.

The qualified candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills and superior communication and tenant relations abilities.You must be able to work without supervision and to work extended hours if needed to complete necessary tasks.Regular communication with the property manager to keep them apprised of all building and tenant issues as they arise is essential.

Regular duties to include:

-Regular check and cleaning of all entrances, hallways, stairwells, etc.

-Regular removal of all garbage and debris.

-Check and clean laundry rooms on a regular basis.

-Check and clean boiler rooms.

-Ensure that adequate supplies are on hand to perform janitorial duties.

-Cut, weed and water lawns and garden beds as needed.

-Keep all sidewalks clean and free of snow and ice at all times.
