Chartwell Willowgrove LTC, located in Hamilton, is a well-established long term care facility offering a continuum of care, including life enrichment services. Our home is well known for our superb state-of-the-art amenities, quality care services, engaging recreational experiences, and great customer service. As soon as you walk through our doors, you'll be embraced by our welcoming, vibrant atmosphere and the palpable sense of community shared by our residents and staff.
