- Management of Change projects involving engineering design for facility modifications and enhancements (piping, pipelines, instrumentation, rotating equipment etc.).
- Perform regular process surveillance of area driven KPI’s and troubleshooting, provide recommendations to Operations for optimization opportunities.
- Work across Technical, Operations, and Maintenance groups to optimize plant production and resolve process issues.
- Perform studies to identify enhancement opportunities, finalize studies with engineer design packages for execution.
- Holding a BSc Engineering degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team-based environment
- Previous industry experience is considered beneficial, but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groups
