Mobile Repair Technician -Air Conditioning

The Company


Join a National contractor with a full range of Clients and contracts nationwide.


Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Construction project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites.


We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join the maintenance team covering the Essex/Kent area.


The role


The Air Conditioning Engineer would be responsible for undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing.


Responsibilities


Other responsibilities include, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure, as well as rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems. In addition, they will complete jobs mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc. They will also carry out minor installation work and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary.

Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning


F-GAS 2079 CAT1


Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs


Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad
