We are seeking a skilled and motivated 310S Mechanic to join our team of professionals. As a Mobile Automobile Service Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in delivering our services directly to customers' locations, providing convenience and expert assistance on-site. Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various vehicles, including but not limited to oil changes, filter replacements, brake services, and fluid checks.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues in accordance with industry standards.
Utilize diagnostic equipment, technical manuals, and electronic resources effectively to ensure accurate and efficient service.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs, addressing customer concerns, and offering recommendations for preventative maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions using our digital systems.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies at all times.
Continuously update your knowledge and skills through training and staying current with industry advancements.
Qualifications:
Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license in good standing.
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician, preferably in a mobile or on-site service environment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and computerized systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
