Description
Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic organization that is looking to add a new Bilingual Client Care Coordinator to their team in Casselman, On. This position would be a contract for 8 weeks to start with the potential for extension. Bilingualism is a must.
Responsibilities
  • Liaising between departments
  • Data entry
  • Other tasks as required
  • Customer Invoices
  • Coordinating Appointments
  • Answering Inbound Calls
  • Customer Quotes
  • Administrative tasks
  • Light reception duties
  • Billing
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory
  • Computer savvy working within a CRM
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Adaptability, and ability to multi-task with many interruptions
  • Team player
