We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEAN Stack Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a MEAN Stack Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side components of our web applications. Your primary focus will be implementing server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, and collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain server-side components of web applications using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js) stack.
2. Design and implement efficient and scalable APIs to facilitate communication between the server and front-end components.
3. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code to ensure the overall performance and reliability of the applications.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze system requirements, and contribute to the overall technical architecture.
5. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot and debug issues, and continuously optimize application performance.
6. Conduct thorough testing of features and functionality, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
7. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and proactively suggest improvements and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in the MEAN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, and Node.js.
3. Strong proficiency in server-side JavaScript and TypeScript, and familiarity with related tools and frameworks.
4. Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with databases.
5. Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architectures, and MVC/MVVM design patterns.
6. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
7. Knowledge of security best practices and experience in implementing data protection measures.
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
