The Opportunity
CBRE is actively seeking an energetic, proactive, and dynamic individual to provide marketing and administrative support to a successful brokerage team in our Calgary office. The assistant will be responsible for creating marketing material, presentations, and reports, and will also be responsible for coordinating all events. This role is the backbone of the sales team and is highly valued.
Responsibilities
Reviews marketing material specifications and acts as a liaison with centralized marketing.
Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client-specific property information packages in response to and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Responsible for preparing proposals, presentations, and communication materials.
Maintains CBRE brand, product, office and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, social media assets, tour books, maps, floor plans, and qualification packages.
Coordinates on/offsite meetings, events, and conferences.
Coordinates and executes client and broker gifts.
Tracks and maintains an inventory of marketing materials.
Updates and maintains various information databases. Generates standard and ad hoc reports as required and assist with website updates (as needed).
Other duties may be assigned
What We Require
1+ years of experience of providing administrative or marketing support preferred
Post secondary education (preferably marketing/design related)
Ability to take initiative on workload with minimal supervision
High energy, hardworking, and outgoing personality
Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
Computer proficiency with MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign strongly preferred
