Summary


STEMCELL Technologies, Canada’s largest biotech company, is looking for a new Manager, Enterprise Content and Knowledge to join our growing team!


In this role, you will be the internal lead for the ECM cross functional program, working with senior management and SMEs across the company to propose, design, plan, and manage the execution of initiatives intended to improve content and knowledge management.


This person will also collaborate with process, data, and analytics governance teams to ensure content and knowledge management roles, responsibilities, processes, data, and reports are standardized, following best practices, and presenting high quality. Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Report on the status of knowledge management initiatives to applicable stakeholders
  • Lead, manage, coach, develop and evaluate direct reports through regular one-on-one and team meetings; sets team goals, conduct performance reviews and make compensation recommendations for direct reports
  • Responsible for establishing and leading the achievement of annual goals for the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team
  • Design, plan, initiate, and manage the execution of content and knowledge management initiatives; delegating and overseeing the work of direct reports and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate gaps in current knowledge management practices, developing business cases to address those gaps


Knowledge & Qualifications:


  • Solid Project Management, Program Management and Management Reporting skills
  • Business and Data Analysis experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Team Management Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or master's with 8+ years experience or PHD with 5+ years of experience
