Position Description


Our client’s multi-functional program aims to cultivate future leaders, expert outside sales specialists, and vital operational staff. Designed to attract the highest quality candidates, this intensive program involves rotating through different parts of the branch business, learning on the job.


Those in the program are expected to embody professionalism and ethical conduct, making sound decisions at all times. Participants must adapt to ever-changing challenges and demands for constant learning in a high-energy, competitive setting.


Primary Duties And Key Responsibilities


  • Engage in practical training to understand the company’s procedures and processes.
  • Acquaint yourself with key business interfaces and the organizational culture.
  • Undertake various department roles and instructional seminars to find a suitable match for individual interests, skills, and talents.


Problem-Solving Skills


Adheres to established procedures and/or guidelines. Easily identifies and solves straightforward, well-defined problems, displaying skills in data analysis and resolving any inconsistencies in routine research/data.


Independence


Works under general oversight; exhibits judgment. May be paired with a mentor. Regular reviews of work by colleagues and/or supervisors are typical.


Experience


  • Proven track record of successful leadership roles (e.g., in associations, college groups, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related area an asset


Qualifications


  • Ability to travel less than 10% of the time overnight
  • Relevant certification(s) an asset


Education


A degree in a relevant field is an asset, but not necessarily required.
