Little Falls Housing Cooperative Homes in St Marys is seeking a skilled individual with experience as a handyman to work onsite 3-5 days a week and perform general maintenance and landscaping duties.
Duties will include responding to work orders, landscaping tasks, janitorial duties, and some small to medium projects around the property which may include replacing flooring, drywall repair, countertop installation, painting, replacing taps and performing unit inspections and completing unit turnovers as vacancies come up
Experience is preferred and must be willing to work independently. Starting wage is $23/hr. Approximately 24-36 hours a week depending on need.
