Job Description
Our client in Scarborough, ON is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic for their facility.


Shift - Tuesday to Saturday 6:30 AM - 2:30PM for now but the candidate has to be flexible with 8 hrs Rotating shift every 2 weeks


Responsibilities


  • The candidate should be able to work with a team to ensure production goals are met and equipment is operating at optimal levels.
  • Shall ensure all primary and support production equipment are well-maintained to produce quality products.
  • The candidate should be able to Identify, plan, and implement improvements to machinery to increase productivity and improve quality.
  • The candidate shall be able to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
  • Shall be familiar with repair and replace hydraulic and pneumatic components to keep equipment running efficiently.


Qualifications & Experience


  • The candidate should hold minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.


Skills


  • Well versed with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The candidate should have hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical theory.
