Are you our next Maintenance Engineer?
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer (all levels welcome to apply) to provide technical support to operations, maintenance, and production at our Esterhazy, SK K1 location. In this role you will manage the 5-year capital plan for a prescribed area, work with mechanical integrity, reliability, and capital engineers to drive safe reliable production by developing sound engineered solutions to operating problems. Direct drafting and consulting resources.
What will you be working on?
  • Direct engineering effort on submitted requests, including informal tech support for maintenance crews.
  • RCA, failure analysis and production support, cost savings.
  • Construction, workflow support, supervising draftsmen.
  • Provide safety program support, risk reduction solutions, Safety Focus observations and audits, Housekeeping Audits, EHSMS.
  • Capital plan and triage submissions.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following
  • 0-8+ years of practical engineering experience (Engineering level will be determined by the interview)
  • Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug, and alcohol testing
  • Previous work experience in a relevant industry is an asset
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
  • Must be able to communicate ideas effectively, work collaboratively with a team and be self-motivated
