Loader Operator Jobs

As an Equipment Operator you will maintain operations of the pit on a day to day basis. Reporting to the Plant Foreman, the Production Equipment Operator will inspect, maintain, operate the loader and work co-operatively with all personnel. Our Aggregates operations are in Central Alberta.

• Seek out and implement Best Practices
• Ensure the safety of company personnel, the community, and environment
• Ensure consistent feed to maintain a quality product
• Responsible for completing daily equipment checklist
• Create an atmosphere of teamwork
• Monitor material production within specifications

Specific Accountabilities

• Communicate information with Plant Operator
• Ensure safety goals are achieved

• Excellent communication and leadership skills and works well in a team environment
• Experience with heavy machinery/equipment. Previous experience is an asset
