We are currently on the lookout for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned problem solver with a wealth of experience in constructing both front-end and back-end systems. Proficiency in technologies like React, Node/Express, various CSS frameworks (including Material UI and Tailwind), databases (such as PostgreSQL), and cloud infrastructures (at least one of AWS, GCP, Azure) is essential. Mastery of both Typescript and Python is a must.

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to tackle intricate challenges at the forefront of Generative AI applications. You'll collaborate closely with our VP of Technology & Product and the entire engineering team to implement pivotal features for the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in strategic technical architecture discussions.
• Team up with engineering and product colleagues to enhance usability, system scalability, and stability.
• Collaborate with the design team to comprehend UI/UX requirements, ensuring their technical feasibility and subsequent realization.
• Craft innovative features throughout the platform, spanning UI enhancements, server-side API endpoints, and serverless Python functions.
• Adhere to best practices in software development, fostering the creation of reusable code and libraries.

Qualifications:

• Experience with CSS frameworks like Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• A minimum of 5 years of full stack development experience.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, particularly Git.
• A deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility challenges and effective solutions.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or equivalent.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and SQL.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in building Generative AI applications, leveraging technologies like LLMs such as GPT.
• Chrome Extension development expertise.
• Design skills, including proficiency with tools like Figma or similar design platforms.
