We are looking for two types of JUNIOR ROBOT ENGINEERS 1 Software python/Linux for raspberry pi controllers 2 Electronics engineer with servo motor drive/robot Must Have Our client does not sponsor and candidates will need to have either a UK passport, ILR or Settled Status. Employees must NOT require a work permit to work in the UK now or in the future Background in software or electronics for robots, drones or other motor controlled equipment A drive to learn on the job while taking personal ownership to deliver as part of a small team Location is Essex and the role requires you to work from the office Degree in electronic or software engineering with exposure to automation, robotics or equipment based engineering Type of person This is a hands on problem solving environment where they work in a small team to find solutions to everyday customer needs. Software engineers who enjoy getting hands on with the electronics and mechanics to solve a problem Electronics engineers who are good with motor controlled wiring, power electronics, solving issues down to component level What you will get out of the role The robot is now in it 7th version with a future road map to deliver an expanding set of features and add ons.
